...i will mainly only attend sessions given by people called mark, marc, or andy ramsden.
and here's why: during marc prensky's very entertaining keynote he showed a video about multi-function devices, featuring the sumsing turbo 3000. i made a note of it so that i could search for the video later to share here. and i fully intended to do that! but the last session i went to today was by mark kramer, and was ace - really good thought provoking stuff presented in a good way. anyway, at the end of his (mark's) presentation, he gave us the address where we could find copies of his slides and work. and do you know what? he'd already posted a link on his website to the video that marc showed in his keynote! 2 birds, 1 stone. or, 2 mark/marcs, 1 url?
anyway, here's the sumsing video - hope you enjoy the future vision!
(oh, btw, andy ramsden is always worth going to see, and a good laugh too. but not only that, he was chairing the really ace session by mark. coincidence? i think not.)

Chuck (which as we all know is american for Andy) had his photo taken by someone else with with some steak and mashed potato which coincidentally appeared to have something to do with a door handle. Serendipitously, neither mark nor marc were mentioned!
anne - brilliant! mark and marc sure look like a couple of dudes - and as a result, i'm seriously starting to re-think my session attendance policy...i like the picture and the story, and will award extra points for persistence in the face of blogger adversity. 5 points!
smodge - i can't decide whether chuck (sorry, andy) looks drunk or bemused - either states of mind could be explained by the fact that he seems to have ordered 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to go with his steak. i love the description that goes along with this, and you deserve an extra point or 2 for teaching the blogger community that andy translates as chuck. add to that the serendipitiously coincidental story and...hell, i'm confused about the number of points to award. 6? but i'm feeling generous, so let's go for 7 :)
Marc Prensky was definitely one of the highlights, and Mark Kramer's website is well worth a look (it looks like he's at Handheld Learning this week, I wonder how many other mLearn attendees are there). Looking at the results of the photo-game is good fun, even if I'm days too late
